By accessing this website or attending Climate Connect Sydney (the Event), you agree to comply with these Terms of Use.

Logos, brand names, and trademarks shown on this website and during the Event are the property of their respective owners. Unless clearly identified as sponsorship, their appearance does not imply endorsement, affiliation, or auditing by those organisations. They are used for identification or informational purposes only.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Disputes will exclusively be determined by in competent courts of that jurisdiction.

This website and Climate Connect Sydney is independently provided or organised by Climpact Pty Ltd.

We are not affiliated with any other organisation using similar names.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

All content on the website or provided by Climpact Pty Ltd at the Event is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

2.1 WEBSITE CONTENT

All materials on this website are the property of Climpact Pty Ltd or its contributors and are used with permission of the rights owner. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

2.2 PERMITTED USE

You may browse and access the eEvent-related information on the website for personal, non- commercial purposes. Do not misuse, disrupt, or use this site unlawfully.

2.3 DATA COLLECTION & COOKIES

Via the website, Climpact Pty Ltd may collect limited information such as your name and email. It may also use analytics tools provided by the hosting platform (Squarespace) to monitor traffic. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including an invite-only registration portal hosted by EventsAir. Your access to or use of any third-party website or service is governed solely by that third party’s provider’s terms and privacy policy, which is outside of Climpact Pty Ltd’s control. 

Climpact Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability for such third party websites or external Services.

PART 3: EVENT TERMS & CONDITIONS

3.1 EVENT DETAILS

Climate Connect Sydney is a private, invite-only in-person event. The organiser may update event details such as date, venue, speakers at any time and will notify invitees of material changes as soon as practicable.


3.2 REGISTRATION

Registration for the Event is by invitation only. Invitations and tickets are managed via EventsAir.

While Registration generally permits  access, Climpact Pty Ltd reserves the right to

deny or revoke entry at its sole discretion, including for reasons of venue capacity, security, health requirements, or attendee conduct. Registration is non-transferable unless approved by the organiser.


3.3 CODE OF CONDUCT

All attendees at the Event must behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruption may result in removal without notice. Attendees must also comply with all applicable laws and any venue-specific rules or policies.


3.4 PHOTOS & RECORDINGS

By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. Climpact Pty Ltd may use, reproduce and publish such these materials in any format and medium for promotional or archival purposes. If you prefer not to appear in photos or recordings, please notify us in advance and we will use reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.


3.5 SPONSORS & PARTNERS

The event may feature third party sponsors, speakers or partners. These third party entities act independently and will be clearly identified. Any communication of Event attendees with such third parties is voluntary.
